Sunday, September 14, 2008 at 3:17PM Linda Two simple words that I don't feel are used in enough these days...."Thank you"! We get so busy and hurried that we rarely take the time to utter those words. The next time you are at a restaurant watch the people around you. They tend to demand things from their waitresses and waitors, because they think it is their "job" to get what they want and need. I waitressed all through high school and college and I can tell you I was much more efficient and pleasant when customers asked for something and then offered a grateful thank you when they got what they had asked for. The same goes for our children, spouses and co-workers. I find that when I reinforce what a I have asked for with a thank you it is so much easier to get other requests done in the future.
Today I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to my website designer, Melody Watson. Melody's name was given to me as someone that could help me with my website and boy did she ever help me!!! Melody is AMAZING!!! Not only is she computer saavy, but she takes the time to capture the thoughts and visions you have in your head and gets them to come together with such energy and clarity...I can assure you, that was no easy task with all of the Ideas I had going on in my brain! I have already referred Melody to two other friends and I hope to bring her more business very soon! I highly recommend Melody if you or anyone you know needs a website designed!

Oh my goodness, how has this been up a week and I'm only now seeing it? I've been to your site this week, I know I have! Clearly I was distracted by all that yummy macaroni and cheese goodness.
